Emmanuel Faure
Director of Food and Beverage
Emmanuel Faure began his career in hospitality in Southern France at the age of sixteen, studying at some of the country’s most prestigious restaurant and hotel schools, where he mastered every facet of restaurant operations. During this time, his passion for wine emerged, leading him to pursue a two-year sommelier program at the Lycée Hôtelier de l’Hermitage. He earned his national sommelier degree in 1996, followed by a master’s degree in 1998.
After graduation, Emmanuel had the honor of working alongside several of Europe’s most talented and award-winning Michelin-starred chefs and sommeliers. His journey eventually brought him to Atlanta, where he joined Five Star, Five Diamond Chef Günter Seeger. From there, he continued to broaden his expertise in Los Angeles, spending seventeen years with the renowned Dorchester Collection hotels and several distinguished family-owned restaurants.
Upon returning to Atlanta, Emmanuel held leadership roles as Director of Restaurants at the Waldorf Astoria Buckhead, Director of Food & Beverage at the Commerce Club Downtown, and most recently, General Manager of Capolinea, the signature restaurant at Signia by Hilton.
Today, Emmanuel is proud to be part of Le Méridien, where he continues to share his passion for exceptional food, wine, and hospitality. He lives in Suwanee with his wife, Edugie—a dentist and owner of her own dental studio in Duluth—and their two daughters, Evangeline and Emma, who are dedicated year-round swimmers. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, cooking together, watching movies, playing games, and cheering at swim meets.
